Believe it or not this trick is dead easy... It's all about changing your weight from one foot to the other and back. Listen... Come up to the rail or box with a bit more speed than normal... About 5-10 feet before the lip, pop a f/s 180 and land on your switch tail or regular nose. Remember pop off with your weight on your back foot and land the 180 with your weight on your regular front foot. Just hold that position until the rail comes. Your body will naturally rotate backside so all you need to do is pop of your nose and you will land frontside with your wieght centered over now your back foot again. It is very natural and after 2 or 3 tries you will stomp it. Just remember to transfer you weight from your backfoot (ollie) to your front foot (butter) and than back foot again to center yourself on the jib... Take it easy and good luck.
