Flatland bar spin

Start out with your left foot on the left back peg. Keep your right foot on the right pedal. Slow down to a walking pace, put your left or right hand on the front of the seat. Pedal quickly with your right foot and pull up with your hand that is on the seat. Try to balance with your front tire up and spin your handlebars around. Grab the handlebars and put everything back on. Once you get good you can do 3, 4 or 5 barspins.
