That's a flat land tailwhip, not a tailwhip.

First, the best thing to do would be to find your balance spot on your front end so that it's easier to balance. After that, just practice on getting a full spin(not trying to land the trick yet, just to spin the frame 360*). If you can't get the frame to spin, kick harder or loosen up your headset some 'cause it may be too tight.
After you get all that down, work on getting the landing. Easiest and best way is to not wait for the bike to come around then set your feet onto it, but to jump off your bike(keeping hands on bars) and landing back on the pedals when the bike swings round. This way, the trick not only looks better, it's easier to land.

Still havn't gotten there myself. I can do them nicely ever 5 or 6 times, but that's 'cause I don't do them a lot. I also don't really try my hardest to get them. Just goof off with them. lol

I Kick the frame around slightly and pivot the bars to make it spin. I've never actualy seen anyone that needs to force it. Spin your bars some. If they're tight and wont spin well, loosen your stem and headset some. That could help the frame spin.
