haha if youve just got back into riding dirt dont try a backflip, youll get worked. try some easier tricks like turndowns, tailwhips, no footed can cans, nose dive no handers, nothings, inverted tabletops, supermans,360s stuff like that, but thats only if you know how to ride...these tricks are in no way easy. Never try to do a backflip without trying it into a foam pit a good 50 times, if you under rotate youll land right on your head. i pretty much only ride dirt and street so if you ever want help just ask bro. seya.

i didnt see the beginer thing until after i posted this, lol, the first thing you should learn is a bar spin. I still can't tailwhip and i've been riding dirt for like 5 years

yeah i learned to tailwhip my 3rd year of riding, i started off doing foot plant tailwhips and once i got the flow of the bike down i started doing it over a tabletop. the good thing about tailwhips is your bike is aways from your feet so if your gonna land before the bike rotates completely you can just land on your feet .there not even that hard once you get them dialed.

well luky how good are you man? and then we can let you in on some tricks to learn.

if you guys have any tips on doing backflips, that would be great. i'm a solid rider, i can hit jumps, get good air, bar spins not a problem, can tailwhip usually, superman is nothin, no handers i'm OK at, but i can't fuckin backflip. I can do it on ski's, but i have no idea on how to even attempt one on a bike.

didnt you say you were "0 and 3" on superman attempts on the no footed superman post. and there is also far gap from being able to barspin and being able to back flip, barspins are one of the easiest tricks you can learn on a bike...backflip is one of the hardest(they could result in fatal injury).

x-up is prolly the easiest thing to learn on flat ground but ya, backflips are very dangerous, try doing it into a foam pit or something like that before you actually try to attempt it.(i cant do a backflip but thats a good a idea) o and i just had a nice day of riding woo
