To land this trick you need to feel loose and ready to go all the way. I suggest practicing on a slanted ledge. When you jump onto the ramp, ledge, etc. make your body into a "C" shape. Balance with your arms and lean slightly forward or your feet will come right out from under you. Good luck skating! and don't give up there's always room for a new pro! I'm 13 and I can do this trick but it wasn't easy so it will take some practice!
