Before you try this trick make sure you are comfortable doing backflips on a trampoline or on the ground. Approach the jump with a lot of speed making sure you have a lot of time in the air. At the lip of the jump throw your head back and over your back shoulder. If you grab melon it helps bring your knees up and flip nice and smoothly. The initial flips seams to happen really fast so you should spot your landing shortly after you take off. If you through the flip over your back shoulder your momentum will carry you into a natural backside 180. Stomp the landing and ride away stoked.
