When I jump my wrists are ready to brake from the shock!
Hey whatsup?
listen this may be sort of pathetic im not sure. But im a bit of a newb and still cant bunny hop but i can flip the bike when i wheelie or endo easy. But when I jump off my kicker ramps my wrists feel like theyre ready to break and I pretty much have to stop riding the second i finish a jump. I can't jump into the road because then i prolly would brake my wrists but into the grass i guess its ok but i dont get enough air to do any tricks. I have lots of experience with being in the air on stuff because I also ride moto-x and so im used to that stuff but i still dont k now what i need to do for this. I'm 14 years old i dont think that helped but now u know? Anyways thanks and any help is greatly appreciated.

there are basically three thiongs to do.
build a landing ramp. this will soften the langing when u land on two wheels.
when u ride moto x u hav big ass shocks to take out the punishment. bmx's don't have shocks so u have to use ur arms and legs as them. wen u land try to bend ur arms on impact instead of keeping them rigin. this will help alot.
or u can stop the wrists hurting full stop by landing back wheel first. when u get in the air tuck the bike up underneath u and when u have reached full height u stretch ur legs out but not ur arms. wen the back wheel touches down lean back and take the shock with ur legs. this will allow the front wheel to come down slower and so eliminating the pain in ur wrists. this will take practise though
good luck

I had that problem when I first started riding, but it went away after a week. If you want to take the long rode you could do wrist curls with some dumbbells and over time it with strengthen the ligaments in your wrists so they can take the impact. Or just wait, I donno it's up to you, good luck though.

my suggestion is to lower ur tyre pressure to around about 2.5-3bar this allows a softer landing and can maybe be the answer to ur problem
