race, freestyle, or flatland? and is there a toptube lenght that you prefer?

street and flatland
top tube length doesn't really matter but not to small

street and flatland do not mix. a bike made for street wont work for flatland. and plus flatland bikes usualy have small toptubes, around 18".

If anyone is going to get a new bmx bike or getting your first one then you should first figure out what type of riding you are going to do and how much money you are willing to spend on a bike.if you are going to just ride around and not do anything get a walmart specialty because if you have a really nice bike and you don't do anything you are going to be called a poser.trust me there are alot of those kind of people around.if you are going to get really good spend a couple hundred bucks and get a better bike.of you are new to biking you can email me and i'll give you a few tips on picking out a bike seeing that i have biked for my whole life and know quite a bit about bikes.if you want my email it is bmxrider15@hotmail.com. the title for the email should be bike information.
